The Manaki brothers film festival held in the republic of Macedonia celebrated for the 31-st time the art of cinematography.
Benoit Debie won this years Silver Camera 300 for his work on the controversial film Enter the void. The new film by Gaspar Noé is set in Japan and tells the story of a drug-dealing teen who gets killed, after which he reappears as a ghost to watch over his sister.
Christophe Beaucarne got The Mosfilm award camera 3000 for an outstanding contribution to the development of the world film industry, for his work on Mister Nobody by Jaco Vandormael.
