{"id":7597,"date":"2016-09-20T09:58:10","date_gmt":"2016-09-20T09:58:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sbcine.be\/?p=7597"},"modified":"2017-11-25T14:24:20","modified_gmt":"2017-11-25T14:24:20","slug":"ruben-impens-silver-camera-300-at-manaki","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sbcine.be\/?p=7597","title":{"rendered":"Ruben Impens, Silver Camera 300 at Manaki"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ruben Impens won the silver Camera 300 for his work on\u00a0<em>Belgica<\/em> by Felix van Groeningen at the Manaki Brothers International Cinematographers Film Festival, the oldest Festival devoted to the craft of Cinematography.\u00a0For it&#8217;s\u00a037th edition it returned to its roots in Bitola, Macedonia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The jury, chaired\u00a0by Phedon Papamichael ASC, GSC, and composed with Claire Pijman, NSC, Alin Tasciyan, Vladmir Samoilovski and Gokhan Tiryaki explains that they awarded him : \u201cFor reflecting the intensity of emotions and allowing us to enter into the world of the characters through its energetic cinematography.\u201d<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ruben Impens received the award with great emotion as the others winners Jani-Petteri Passi who was surprised to win the Golden Camera for the Finnish film \u201cThe Happiest Day in the Life of Olli Maki\u201d since it was the first time that he and his crew had worked on a feature film, as well as\u00a0Mattias Troelstrup DFF, winner of \u00a0the Bronze Camera for the French film \u201cBang Gang\u201d and\u00a0Luca Cousin winner of the Small Camera, for the short French film \u201cLe Park\u201d.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sbcine.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2016\/09\/maP1040252.jpg\" alt=\"map1040252\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" \/><\/em><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Ruben Impens, J-P Passi and Mattias Troelstrop.\u00a0<\/em><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">RI : &#8220;I like shooting people on stage, but it\u2019s really hard when I\u2019m on the stage myself.
